1. Needs Analysis & Consultation
We begin by understanding the client's vision, event type, venue, and audience. This allows us to define the technical and creative requirements accurately.
2. Design & Previsualization
Using advanced 3D simulation tools like Soundvision for sound and WYSIWYG for lighting, we build a complete visual and acoustic model of the setup. This helps us anticipate challenges and fine-tune the design before we go on site.
3. Technical Preparation
We prepare and program all equipment in advance. Audio systems are configured using LA Network Manager and P1 Processor, while lighting control is handled using grandMA3, and video content is prepared through Resolume for playback and mapping.
4. On-Site Setup & Calibration
Our technical team installs, tests, and calibrates all systems — including sound, lighting, video, and LED screens. We ensure precise positioning, signal flow, and synchronization across all components.
5. Live Operation & Show Management
During the event, our team operates the systems in real-time, managing audio quality, lighting cues, video transitions, and stage effects — all perfectly timed and executed.
